Tom Allchurch is Chief Executive of RecyCoal
Tom is a graduate mining engineer who has been engaged in surface coal mining and reclamation for the majority of his career. After an early career in developing and operating UK surface coal mines, he formed ATH Resources in 1998 and developed the business as Chief Executive to become the UK's third largest coal producer. During this time, ATH listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM market in 2004 and, in 2006, acquired coal washing business A Ogden & Sons Ltd, which subsequently became ATH Regeneration Ltd. In July 2010, Tom led a management buyout of the business and assets of ATH Regeneration to found RecyCoal. He is also a former chairman of The Coal Trade Benevolent Association |

Steven Beaumont is the Finance Director of RecyCoal
Steven is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having trained with Deloitte Haskins and Sells. He was Finance Director of ATH Resources plc, from 2006 until 2010. Prior to joining ATH, Steven spent the majority of his career with United Utilities where he was Group Financial Controller, and subsequently Finance Director, and Commercial Director of United Utilities North West Division and trustee of the group pension scheme. |

Liam Fitzgerald is Engineering Director of RecyCoal
Liam started his career with Costain Mining working with coal processing equipment on plant maintenance and installations. He joined the Ogden group in 1978 as an installation engineer working with coal processing equipment specialising in natural medium washing plants. Liam has over 35 years experience in the business and is responsible for plant designs, development, manufacture and installation together with all aspects of aftercare and maintenance. In 2007 he successfully completed the installation of Europe's longest overland conveyor system servicing a number of surface mines in Scotland for ATH Resources. Liam has engineering responsibility for the research and development of the RecyCoal Dual Density Natural Medium plant.

Brian Tinnion is the UK Development Director for RecyCoal
Brian is a Chartered Mineral Surveyor and a member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment. He joined the business in 1997 from British Coal Property. Brian has over 35 years experience working in the coal mining industry in surveying, estate management and property including active and disused tips and major land reclamation and restoration projects. He is responsible for property, planning and environmental issues and has project managed a number of important planning applications. Brian is the key point of contact for the Environment Agency and local authorities. |

Peter Lawson is the Technical Manager for RecyCoal
Peter is a qualified Coal Preparation Engineer and has been involved with major coal preparation projects for the majority of his career. On moving to British Coal in the early 1970's he was part of the management team for various coal preparation plants culminating with Southside Plant one of the largest of its type in the world. Peter joined the business in 1994 with responsibility for coal quality, customer liaison and plant design and control. He also set up the current state of the art laboratory facility which is used to monitor the quality of coal produced from current plants and assess samples from potential new sites. |
